Invisible Agency is seeking a Portuguese Language Specialist (Brazil) – AI Trainer to help train AI models using Brazilian Portuguese data. This remote role involves creating high-quality language data, evaluating model outputs, and collaborating with data science and engineering teams to improve natural language processing systems.

Responsibilities

Annotate and validate Brazilian Portuguese data for AI training
Create linguistic resources, glossaries, and style guides for Brazilian Portuguese
Review model outputs for accuracy and bias; provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve NLP tasks
Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies during data handling
Participate in data labeling quality assurance and process improvements

Qualifications

Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese with excellent written and spoken skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
Experience with data annotation, NLP, or AI training is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team
Proficiency with basic tools (spreadsheets, document collaboration)
