Invisible Agency is seeking a Physics Specialist – AI Trainer to combine deep physics expertise with AI model training. This fully remote, worldwide opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge AI projects from anywhere while collaborating with a distributed team.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with ML and data science teams to design physics-informed AI training workflows
Curate, preprocess, and analyze datasets for physics-based ML tasks
Train and evaluate ML models, tuning hyperparameters to meet performance goals
Translate complex physics concepts into training regimes, loss functions, and evaluation metrics
Document methodologies, experiments, and results for reproducibility
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions

What we’re looking for

Strong background in physics (e.g., PhD or MSc in Physics or related field)
Experience with machine learning frameworks (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Ability to translate theoretical physics into data-driven models and training pipelines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team
