Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Persian Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer for a remote, worldwide role. You will contribute to building high-quality Persian audio data used to train and improve AI systems, including speech recognition and voice synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Record and deliver Persian voice samples with clear pronunciation and natural delivery
• Annotate, label, and QA audio datasets to meet project quality standards
• Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to optimize data collection processes for AI training
• Follow scripts and guidelines, maintain consistency across recordings, and provide feedback for data improvements
• Assist in developing and refining workflows for data quality assurance

Requirements

• Native Persian speaker with excellent pronunciation and fluent language skills
• Experience or interest in voice acting, audio recording, or related media production
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured data collection guidelines
• Good microphone setup and basic home recording capability
• Interest in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
