Invisible Agency is seeking a Pashto Language Expert to join our AI training team on a remote, worldwide basis.
About the role
As a Pashto Language Expert - AI Trainer, you will help improve AI models by providing high-quality Pashto language data, performing annotation, data validation, and contributing to model evaluation and prompt creation.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate Pashto language data annotations for AI training
- Develop and validate prompts, evaluation metrics, and quality checks
- Review and refine datasets to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with ML/NLP engineers and product teams
- Document guidelines and best practices for data quality
Qualifications
- Fluent in Pashto and English
- Experience with language data annotation, NLP, or dataset creation
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate asynchronously
- Interest in AI training and machine learning
