- Lead APAC partner network expansion; identify, engage, sign, and onboard partners.
- Build relationships with partner managers, sales, and leadership to drive referrals and MRR.
- Educate partners on Okendo's value across Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals, Surveys.
- Align partner goals with Okendo capabilities; collaborate with Sales/CS/Marketing/Product.
- Advance partners through tiers (Certified β Gold β Platinum) to grow MRR.
- Represent Okendo at events; demo the platform; collaborate on co-marketing.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in partnership or channel management in ecommerce tech or agencies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or KPI targets.
- Strong consultative and relationship skills; able to demo Okendo to partners.
- Familiarity with Shopify/DTC ecosystem (strongly preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize competing projects.
- Comfort with modern tools, including AI; HubSpot a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across APAC.
