  • Lead APAC partner network expansion; identify, engage, sign, and onboard partners.
  • Build relationships with partner managers, sales, and leadership to drive referrals and MRR.
  • Educate partners on Okendo's value across Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals, Surveys.
  • Align partner goals with Okendo capabilities; collaborate with Sales/CS/Marketing/Product.
  • Advance partners through tiers (Certified β†’ Gold β†’ Platinum) to grow MRR.
  • Represent Okendo at events; demo the platform; collaborate on co-marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnership or channel management in ecommerce tech or agencies.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or KPI targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship skills; able to demo Okendo to partners.
  • Familiarity with Shopify/DTC ecosystem (strongly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize competing projects.
  • Comfort with modern tools, including AI; HubSpot a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time across APAC.
