Agency Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic agency partners.
• Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions.
• Own the health and growth of your agency portfolio; primary contact for escalations.
• Design and evolve scalable agency programs with incentives and certifications.
• Build enablement resources, playbooks, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Drive partner-sourced revenue through co-selling and account mapping.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in partnerships or business development; TikTok Shop/eCommerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of agency ecosystem: digital marketing and platform partners.
• Proven track record scaling partner relationships with measurable impact.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales/marketing to drive GTM alignment.
• Familiarity with CRM/partner tools (HubSpot, Euler, Crossbeam); Mandarin preferred.
