The Papiamento Language Specialist - AI Trainer at Invisible Agency will help build and refine AI language models that understand and generate Papiamento. This fully remote role involves curating language datasets, annotating data for NLP and translation tasks, and collaborating with ML engineers and product teams to improve language capabilities for our clients.

Responsibilities

Curate, annotate, and validate Papiamento language data for NLP/AI training projects.
Create and maintain datasets, labeling guidelines, and quality metrics.
Assist ML engineers in training, evaluating, and iterating models for Papiamento language understanding and translation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally accurate and contextually appropriate data.
Maintain thorough documentation and data privacy/compliance standards.

Qualifications

Fluent in Papiamento (written and spoken) with excellent grammar.
