Invisible Agency is seeking a skilled Organic/Inorganic Chemistry Specialist to join our AI training team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on creating, curating, and validating chemistry data to support the development of AI and machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate high-quality organic and inorganic chemistry datasets for AI training.
• Annotate chemical structures, properties, reactions, and related data.
• Collaborate with data scientists to design features and improve model performance.
• Validate model outputs and ensure data integrity and reproducibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of chemistry literature and cheminformatics practices.
• Document datasets and methodologies to support reproducible research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong foundation in organic and inorganic chemistry with practical lab understanding.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML, data labeling, and cheminformatics tools.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing; familiarity with RDKit or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
