Invisible Agency is seeking an Odia Language Specialist - AI Trainer to join its global remote team. This role focuses on Odia language data curation and annotation to support AI training and multilingual NLP initiatives.

Role Overview

The Odia Language Specialist - AI Trainer will curate and annotate Odia data to improve AI language models. You will contribute to data collection, labeling guidelines, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Annotate Odia text and audio data for NLP model training
Validate translations and ensure data quality and consistency
Create and maintain labeling guidelines and documentation
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve model performance
Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are followed

Qualifications

Native or fluent Odia proficiency with strong linguistic intuition
Experience with data labeling for NLP/AI projects
Familiarity with labeling tools and data annotation platforms
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work remotely
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team

Nice to Have

Experience with Python or scripting
Understanding of multilingual NLP concepts
