Role Overview

As Nuclear Physics Specialist - AI Trainer, you will apply nuclear physics expertise to design, train, and validate AI models that simulate nuclear processes. You will collaborate with data scientists and researchers in a remote, fast‑paced environment, contributing to cutting‑edge projects.

Responsibilities

Develop AI training pipelines incorporating physics‑based constraints.
Translate complex nuclear phenomena into features and models for machine learning systems.
Design experiments to benchmark model accuracy against physical data.
Analyze results, optimize performance, and document findings for stakeholders.
Create reusable simulation tools and maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements

PhD or MSc in Nuclear Physics, Physics, or a closely related field.
Strong background in machine learning / AI with hands‑on model training experience.
Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and HPC environments.
Experience with numerical simulation and scientific computing.
Excellent communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
Publications or project work in nuclear physics is a plus.
