Overview: Invisible Agency is hiring a Norwegian Language Specialist - AI Trainer to support language data creation and quality assurance for AI training projects. This role focuses on Norwegian language data annotation, linguistic quality checks, and collaboration with ML/AI teams to improve natural language understanding models.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and curate Norwegian-language data for AI training and evaluation
- Review and improve linguistic quality, grammar, and style of data samples
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to define labeling guidelines
- Ensure data complies with project requirements and quality standards
- Document labeling best practices and provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications
- Native or near-native Norwegian language proficiency
- Strong understanding of Norwegian grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Experience in language data labeling, transcription, or AI training is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
