Invisible Agency is seeking a Nahuatl Language Expert to join our AI training team in a fully remote role. This position focuses on developing high-quality Nahuatl language data to improve AI models.

Responsibilities

• Curate, annotate, and quality-check Nahuatl language data for AI training and evaluation.
• Develop prompts, tasks, and evaluation datasets tailored to Nahuatl-language models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align data with model objectives.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve model accuracy and bias mitigation.
• Document processes and maintain data quality standards for reproducibility.

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent Nahuatl language speaker with strong linguistic competence.
• Experience with NLP, AI training, or data annotation (remote work is fine).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working asynchronously.
• Familiarity with data labeling tools and quality-control procedures is a plus.
