Medicine Specialist (Fluent in German) - AI Trainer

Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Medicine Specialist fluent in German to join our AI training team in a remote, worldwide role. In this position, you will curate and annotate German-language medical data to train AI models and support healthcare-focused AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and annotate German-language medical data for AI training and evaluation.
• Label clinical concepts, symptoms, treatments, and patient-reported information with accuracy and consistency.
• Evaluate AI outputs, provide feedback, and help improve model performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and medical experts to ensure data quality and relevance.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to data governance and privacy practices.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule and strong communication to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (native or near-native) with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences data, medical terminology, or clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with AI training, machine learning data labeling, or NLP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and data handling best practices.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with annotation tools (e.g., Prodigy, Brat) or NLP pipelines.
• Background in medical coding or health information management.
