Invisible Agency is seeking a Medicine Specialist – AI Trainer based in Australia to help develop and train AI models for medical applications. You will translate clinical knowledge into AI training data, validate model outputs, and collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure high-quality, compliant results.

Responsibilities

Design and curate medical training data for AI models used in healthcare.
Collaborate with data scientists to define evaluation metrics and success criteria.
Annotate and validate medical data; ensure data quality and mitigate bias.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI training pipelines and workflows.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and governance requirements.
Translate clinical needs into technical requirements and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Medical degree or relevant clinical experience with strong clinical judgment.
Experience with AI/ML training, data labeling, or model evaluation in healthcare.
Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory considerations in medical contexts.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, researchers, and product teams.
Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

Experience with Python and ML frameworks (eg TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data labeling tools.
Interest in biomedical informatics or AI for healthcare.
