Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Mathematics Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join our AI Training team. This fully remote, worldwide role focuses on applying mathematical expertise to AI training data, ensuring high-quality labeling and language-specific guidance to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply mathematical methods to evaluate training data and model outputs.
• Create and oversee Italian-language training tasks and guidelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to improve AI training processes.
• Validate data labeling schemes and ensure data quality and consistency across datasets.
• Design experiments to measure model performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in Italian with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong mathematical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Experience with data labeling, annotation guidelines, or AI training is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across teams.
