Invisible Agency is seeking a Mathematics Specialist – AI Trainer for a remote, full-time role. You will apply mathematical principles to AI training initiatives, build datasets, and collaborate with ML teams to improve AI systems.
What you'll do
- Design and curate mathematically rigorous training data sets for AI models
- Develop and implement evaluation metrics for model performance on mathematical tasks
- Collaborate with ML engineers to translate math requirements into training pipelines
- Analyze model failures and propose mathematically-grounded improvements
- Document methodologies and results for cross-functional teams
What we're looking for
- Strong background in mathematics (e.g., calculus, linear algebra, statistics)
- Experience with Python and ML libraries (NumPy, SciPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML training or data science roles
