Job Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Malay Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer to join our remote team. You will create and curate high-quality Malay voice data for AI applications, record voice samples, validate audio quality, and help train speech recognition and text-to-speech models. This fully remote role requires strong Malay language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and linguists across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Record, edit, and quality-check Malay voice samples for AI training datasets.
• Develop scripts and prompts in Malay for data collection and evaluation.
• Annotate and label audio data to support speech recognition and TTS model training.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, linguists, and product teams to improve model performance.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in dataset creation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Malay speaker with excellent pronunciation and intonation.
• Experience in voice acting, VO recording, or related audio work is a plus.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and data annotation.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and self-motivation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
