Invisible Agency is seeking a Machine Learning & Coding Expert (SME) for a remote, senior role. You will provide expert guidance on ML strategy, hands-on coding, model evaluation, and mentoring across client projects. This remote position is suitable for a self-motivated expert who can collaborate with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Advise on ML strategy, model selection, feature engineering, and best practices
Develop and optimize ML models using Python and popular frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Conduct code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure production-readiness
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clients in a distributed environment
Document methodologies, results, and insights for stakeholders

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Strong understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, evaluation metrics, deployment practices
Demonstrated ability as a Subject Matter Expert in ML and coding
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work independently and within distributed teams
