Role overview

As a Litigation Specialist - AI Trainer, you will collaborate with legal teams to identify training needs, curate datasets for e-discovery and document review, and establish evaluation guidelines for AI models used in litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with legal teams to identify training needs for AI models in litigation support.
Curate and validate datasets for e-discovery, document review, and case analysis.
Develop guidelines for model evaluation, bias mitigation, and privacy and compliance.
Create training materials and documentation for end users and internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, or a related field; JD/LL.B. preferred.
Experience with AI/ML in legal tech is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with e-discovery, document review, and litigation workflows; data labeling and governance experience valued.
