Litigation Expert (SME) – Remote (Worldwide)

You will serve as a senior subject matter expert in litigation, delivering strategic recommendations, high-quality analysis, and practical guidance to clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on advisory role requiring strong legal judgment, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote, global setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations on complex litigation matters.
• Review and interpret legal documents, pleadings, court filings, and related materials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memos, briefs, and guidance notes.
• Advise clients on risk, compliance considerations, and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, policy, and operations.
• Contribute to client engagements, training, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all activities.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in litigation with a strong track record in relevant jurisdictions.
• J.D. or equivalent; active bar admission in an applicable jurisdiction preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
