Invisible Agency is seeking a LaTex Specialist fluent in Tagalog to support our AI training initiatives. This remote-friendly role focuses on crafting high-quality LaTeX documents used in AI training datasets, manuals, and educational materials. Fluency in Tagalog is required to produce localized content and ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and format LaTeX documents for AI training materials, manuals, datasets, and reports.
• Create reusable LaTeX templates and style guidelines to ensure consistent formatting across materials.
• Convert content provided by AI trainers into clean LaTeX format, including equations, tables, and figures.
• Proofread and typeset content in Tagalog, maintaining high readability and accuracy.
• Maintain version-controlled LaTeX sources and documentation repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Tagalog; strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in LaTeX with proven experience in document preparation (equations, tables, figures).
• Attention to detail and high-quality typesetting capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely, self-motivated, and strong time management.
• Familiarity with Overleaf or similar collaborative LaTeX workflows is a plus.
• Experience or interest in AI training and educational content is desirable.
