Invisible Agency is seeking a LaTeX Specialist fluent in Italian to join our AI training team. This remote-friendly role focuses on preparing high-quality LaTeX documents and materials to support AI model training and documentation efforts.

Role overview

In this remote, full-time position, you will create, format, and maintain LaTeX content in Italian for AI training datasets, technical notes, and Beamer presentations. You will collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to ensure clear, precise, and well-structured documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format LaTeX documents for AI training datasets and accompanying documentation
• Typeset formulas, tables, figures, and algorithms with accuracy
• Convert content into clean, consistent LaTeX templates following company guidelines
• Collaborate with multilingual teams to ensure Italian language accuracy
• Assist in review and proofreading of training materials
• Support the creation of Beamer presentations and technical reports

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficient in LaTeX with strong typesetting skills
• Experience or interest in AI training, ML, or NLP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating asynchronously
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
