LaTex Specialist (Fluent in French) - AI Trainer

Invisible Agency is seeking a LaTeX Specialist who is fluent in French to join our AI training team. In this remote role, you will develop and refine LaTeX-based materials used to train and evaluate AI systems. You will convert math content into high-quality typeset documents, create templates, and ensure consistency with our brand guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and spoken French, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LaTeX documents for AI training materials
• Create and maintain templates, macros, and style files
• Convert equations and technical content into clean LaTeX
• Review French-language materials for accuracy and readability
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and researchers to prepare training data and documentation
• Manage version control using Git; ensure reproducibility
• Assist with Overleaf-based workflows and document collaboration
• Ensure documents meet accessibility and formatting standards

Requirements

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Expert-level LaTeX proficiency; BibTeX and related tooling
• Experience formatting technical content, papers, or manuals
• Familiarity with Git, Overleaf, or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in AI/ML or data documentation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TeX-related packages (amsmath, biblatex, beamer)
• Experience with multilingual document workflows
