Invisible Agency is seeking a Kannada Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer for a fully remote role. You will help create and curate Kannada voice data to train AI speech systems, collaborating with a global team of engineers, linguists, and data specialists.

Overview

As a Kannada Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer, you will record, annotate, and validate audio data, help design data collection workflows, and contribute to the development of high-quality speech recognition and synthesis for Kannada language.

Responsibilities

• Record Kannada voice prompts and dialogues for AI training datasets
• Annotate transcripts and label metadata to ensure data quality and consistency
• Review and validate audio data, handle quality control, and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define data requirements and improvement opportunities
• Document processes and maintain dataset quality metrics
• Assist with data collection campaigns and sample curation

Requirements

• Native or fluent Kannada language proficiency
• Experience in voice acting, dubbing, or professional audio recording
• Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) and recording setups
• Understanding of AI training data workflows and data labeling best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Portfolio or samples of Kannada voice work are preferred
