Java Coding Specialist - AI Trainer

Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Java Coding Specialist - AI Trainer to design, build, and maintain Java-based software that supports AI model training and deployment. You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications and services that power AI training workflows
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement data processing pipelines and integrate AI models
• Write clean, well-tested code, perform unit/integration tests, and participate in code reviews
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and concurrency in Java applications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and documentation; support production deployments
• Stay current with industry best practices and propose improvements

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+), OO design, and modern frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data pipelines
• Experience building RESTful services and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and version control
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
