Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking an Insurance Specialist fluent in French to join our AI Training team. In this role you will help train and validate AI systems to handle insurance-related conversations, improve accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is based in Belgium or remote within the European region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design insurance-related datasets and prompts in French.
• Review training data, validate outputs, and identify bias or gaps.
• Support multilingual customer interactions and knowledge base documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve AI performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
