Invisible Agency is seeking a proactive Human Resource Specialist - AI Trainer to join our remote team. This role blends HR operations with AI training support to help scale and engage a distributed workforce. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, training programs, and HR analytics for a remote-first organization.
About the role
As part of our People team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience, drive effective AI training initiatives, and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/ML-related roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS; ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs for staff; collaborate with engineering/product teams to implement AI training initiatives.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and culture-building activities in a remote environment.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes; ensure compliance with local laws and best practices for distributed teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and report to leadership to inform workforce planning.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Recruitment; startup or agency background preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to translate business needs into training initiatives.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting remote teams and using HRIS, ATS, and LMS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; PHR/SHRM a plus.
