Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI models for clinical pathogen detection and analysis
• Curate and manage datasets of pathogens and clinical samples
• Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to translate findings into practical applications
• Design experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on models
• Ensure compliance with biosafety, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Create documentation and training materials for end users and internal teams

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, bioinformatics, data science, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Python
• Familiarity with clinical data and basic pathogen biology is a plus
• Understanding of data privacy and biosafety guidelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment
