Invisible Agency is seeking a Hindi Language Specialist (Roman Script) – AI Trainer to join our remote team. This role focuses on creating and validating high-quality Hindi data in Roman script for AI training and model development.

Role Overview

In this remote-friendly position, you will collaborate with our data and AI teams to annotate and validate language data, define romanization guidelines, and ensure data quality for language models training.

Responsibilities

Produce and review Hindi data in Roman script for AI training projects
Follow romanization standards and quality guidelines
Annotate and label data, perform quality checks, and provide feedback to the AI/ML teams
Assist in creating data collection and annotation workflows and guidelines
Document issues and propose improvements

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hindi and English; strong written and verbal communication
Experience with data labeling, NLP, or language data (preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote setting
