Hebrew Language Specialist - AI Trainer at Invisible Agency. This remote role focuses on helping train and improve our AI language models by creating and validating Hebrew language data for model training and evaluation. The position is worldwide remote.

Responsibilities

Create, annotate, and review Hebrew-language data for AI training and evaluation.
Develop and maintain data guidelines and quality metrics to ensure high-quality datasets.
Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to define data requirements.
Audit datasets for quality, bias, and coverage; identify gaps and propose improvements.
Deliver data packages and documentation in a timely manner to support model training.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Hebrew with strong written and spoken communication.
Proficiency in English for documentation and collaboration.
Experience in data annotation, labeling, or language datasets is a plus.
Familiarity with NLP concepts and machine learning basics is desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
