Invisible Agency is seeking a Health Sciences Specialist – AI Trainer to help build and refine AI models for health sciences applications. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a distributed team to advance health tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product teams to define AI training objectives in health sciences.
- Prepare, curate, and annotate datasets for AI model training.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models to meet domain-specific requirements.
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback from domain experts.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Requirements
- Degree in health sciences, bioinformatics, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and data labeling/annotation.
- Proficiency in Python (or R) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with health data standards and privacy considerations.
