Invisible Agency is seeking a Haitian Creole Language Specialist - AI Trainer to help train and improve AI systems using Haitian Creole data. This is a remote, worldwide opportunity.

Role Overview

You will contribute to building and refining AI language models by providing high-quality Haitian Creole data, annotations, and feedback. This role is remote and suitable for candidates worldwide.

Responsibilities

Create, curate, and validate Haitian Creole data for AI training and evaluation
Collaborate with data science and product teams to improve language models
Develop and maintain guidelines for data quality, annotation, and privacy
Perform quality checks and error analysis on model outputs in Haitian Creole
Document processes and contribute to data collection initiatives

Qualifications

Native or fluent Haitian Creole speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with data labeling, annotation, and NLP concepts
Familiarity with AI/ML basics and model evaluation
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage own schedule
Knowledge of data privacy best practices

Location & Work Model
