Role Overview

As a Gujarati Language Specialist – AI Trainer, you will create and curate Gujarati language datasets, annotate data, and provide feedback to AI systems to ensure fluent, accurate, and unbiased language models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate Gujarati language datasets for AI training and evaluation.
• Create high-quality annotation guidelines and standardize labeling processes.
• Assess model outputs for accuracy, fluency, and bias in Gujarati; provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and linguists to improve data pipelines and model performance.
• Document data collection processes and maintain data quality across projects.

Requirements

• Native or highly proficient in Gujarati; strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with data annotation, dataset creation, or linguistic annotation.
• Familiarity with the AI training lifecycle and NLP concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in English for communication within a global team.
