We are seeking a German-speaking AI Trainer to help build and refine AI systems using German language data. In this role, you will curate and annotate datasets, design prompts and evaluation scenarios, and assess model outputs to improve performance and user experience. This is a remote opportunity with Invisible Agency.

Responsibilities

Curate, annotate, and validate German-language datasets for AI training
Design prompts and evaluation scenarios to improve model accuracy
Evaluate model outputs, provide actionable feedback, and document results
Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams
Ensure data privacy and compliance with internal guidelines

Qualifications

Fluent in German and English (reading and writing)
Experience with data labeling, NLP, or AI training
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Familiarity with data privacy and security concepts
