About the Role

As a Galician Language Specialist - AI Trainer, you will curate, annotate, and validate Galician language data to train and improve AI systems. This is a remote role that requires collaboration with a distributed team to produce precise, guideline‑driven annotations and assist in developing data pipelines for machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and annotate Galician language data for AI training and evaluation.
• Develop and follow clear annotation guidelines; ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to align data with model requirements.
• Review model outputs and provide actionable feedback for model improvements.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge bases and training materials.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Galician with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience with data labeling, annotation, or AI training workflows is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts is beneficial but not required.
