Invisible Agency is seeking a French (Haiti/French Guiana) Language Expert - AI Trainer for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will curate and annotate high-quality French language data to train AI models, with emphasis on Haitian French and French Guiana variants.

Responsibilities

Create and curate French language datasets for AI training.
Annotate data following established labeling guidelines and terminology.
Review model outputs and perform quality assurance on data.
Collaborate with ML researchers and engineers to define data requirements.
Develop style guides and glossaries to maintain consistency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setting and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Native or near-native fluency in French; knowledge of Haitian French and/or French Guiana variants preferred.
Experience in NLP, data annotation, linguistics, or AI training data creation.
Familiarity with data labeling tools and QA processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-have

Translation, linguistics, or language technology background.
Familiarity with French Creole is a plus.
