About the Role

As an Environment Specialist (AI Trainer), you will curate, annotate, and validate environmental data used to train AI models. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure our training datasets are accurate, diverse, and high quality, with a focus on French language data as required.

Responsibilities

• Label, categorize, and annotate environmental data in French (and with English when needed)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and bias minimization across datasets
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand training requirements and deliver suitable datasets
• Document data collection and labeling processes; maintain dataset provenance
• Support data privacy and ethical guidelines during data handling

Requirements

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
• Experience with data labeling, data annotation, or AI training
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
• Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Geography, or a related field (relevant coursework or experience accepted)
