Electrical Engineering Specialist – AI Trainer at Invisible Agency is a remote-friendly position that blends electrical engineering expertise with artificial intelligence to train and deploy AI-powered systems. You will help design data-driven models and ensure they integrate effectively with hardware platforms across projects.

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI training pipelines for electrical engineering datasets.
Collaborate with hardware/embedded teams to integrate ML models into devices and systems.
Collect, preprocess, and annotate data for training and evaluation.
Evaluate model performance, iterate on features, and optimize for real-world deployment.
Document methodologies, results, and best practices for cross-functional teams.
Stay up-to-date with advances in AI/ML relevant to electrical engineering applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficiency in Python or MATLAB; familiarity with signal processing and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with hardware integration, embedded systems, or microcontrollers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with FPGA, DSP, MATLAB/Simulink, or cloud ML pipelines.
Knowledge of safety and validation practices for AI-enabled hardware.
