Economics Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

Invisible Agency is seeking an Economics Specialist – AI Trainer for a fully remote role. In this position, you will apply economics, econometrics, and data science expertise to train and improve AI systems. You will design economic datasets, work closely with data scientists to build machine learning models on economic data, and help translate business questions into data-driven insights. You will validate model outputs, monitor performance, and contribute to experimentation and iteration to drive better AI outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate economic datasets for AI training and evaluation
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop ML models based on economic data
• Perform statistical analyses and econometric modeling to improve model accuracy
• Validate model outputs, monitor performance, and run experiments
• Translate business questions into data tasks and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Document processes and maintain reproducible code in Python and SQL

Qualifications

• Strong background in economics, econometrics, or statistics
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience with data visualization and communicating results
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
