Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Dutch (Suriname/Caribbean) Language Expert - AI Trainer for a fully remote, worldwide role. You will contribute to training and refining AI language models using Dutch-language data from Suriname and the Caribbean region, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve multilingual capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI training tasks based on Dutch language data from Suriname and the Caribbean.
• Curate, annotate, and QA language datasets to improve model accuracy and robustness.
• Evaluate model outputs, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with data science and engineering teams.
• Create clear documentation and guidelines for data labeling, evaluation, and model training processes.
• Stay up-to-date with NLP best practices and data privacy considerations (GDPR awareness).

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch with strong cultural context for Suriname and the Caribbean.
• Experience in natural language processing, data annotation, or AI model training.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Optional: knowledge of machine learning frameworks or annotation tools.
