- 4+ years in partnership sales, agency digital media buying, or client planning
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to challenges
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with agency holding companies and the agency landscape
