Invisible Agency is seeking a Dari Language Specialist to help train and evaluate AI models and NLP systems. This full-time remote role focuses on Dari language data curation, annotation, and collaboration with machine learning engineers to improve language models for Dari.

Responsibilities

• Curate, annotate, and validate Dari language data for AI training and evaluation
• Prepare high-quality language datasets and evaluation benchmarks
• Collaborate with ML engineers to improve NLP models in Dari
• Monitor data quality, coverage, and bias; refine labeling guidelines
• Document data processes and contribute to tooling for data labeling

Requirements

• Native Dari speaker with strong proficiency in Dari and excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in NLP, machine learning, data annotation, or language data curation
• Familiarity with data labeling tools and quality assurance processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or data processing a plus
