Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Dari Language Expert to train and improve multilingual AI systems. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with global teams to build high-quality Dari language data used to train cutting-edge AI models.

Responsibilities

• Curate, annotate, and validate Dari language data for AI training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define data requirements and quality standards.
• Create and maintain data guidelines, annotation schemas, and QA processes.
• Evaluate model outputs for Dari language tasks and provide actionable feedback.
• Document data collection and labeling procedures to ensure reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dari with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience with data annotation, NLP, or AI training workflows.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Python or scripting is a plus but not required.
