Invisible Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent fluent in Vietnamese to join our team in Thailand. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking customers, helping them resolve questions and issues and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

About the role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, maintain customer records in our CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Vietnamese with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone; triage and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Log all interactions in our CRM and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address recurring problems and share feedback.
• Contribute to knowledge base and self-service resources.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to explain information clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and CRM/ticketing systems.
