Invisible Agency is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Vietnamese to join our team in the Philippines. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent service to Vietnamese-speaking customers.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking customers, providing accurate information and friendly assistance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document interactions, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in Vietnamese (and English where needed).
• Provide clear product information and guidance to resolve questions or issues.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems and CRM tools.
