Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Triage and troubleshoot customer issues to determine the best resolution
- Provide product guidance and best practices to customers

Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
