Invisible Agency is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Vietnamese to join our team in India. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to Vietnamese-speaking customers and helping to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first line of contact for customers, resolving questions and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Vietnamese and English.
• Provide clear product information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Document and track customer interactions in our ticketing system; escalate complex issues to relevant teams as needed.
• Identify patterns and feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
