Overview
Invisible Agency is seeking a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Swedish) – AI Trainer for a remote, global team. In this role you will contribute to AI model training by developing Swedish language data and providing coding support to data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and refine AI training data workflows.
- Annotate, validate and curate Swedish-language datasets for machine learning models.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to preprocess data and automate tasks.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists and product teams to meet project goals.
- Help improve model performance by providing clear labeling guidelines and feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish (excellent written and spoken communication).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python recommended).
- Experience with data labeling, dataset creation, or AI training workflows.
- Understanding of NLP concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
