Invisible Agency is seeking a Coding Specialist - (Fluent in Russian) - AI Trainer to join our team in Slovakia.
Role overview
As an AI Trainer, you will design and implement coding tasks to train AI systems with a focus on Russian language data. You will work closely with data science and product teams to improve model performance and data quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement coding tasks for AI training
- Prepare and clean Russian language datasets
- Collaborate with ML engineers to evaluate model performance
- Document training processes and data workflows
- Ensure data privacy and compliance
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian (written and spoken)
- Strong programming skills (Python)
- Experience with data labeling or AI training is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
