Invisible Agency is seeking a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Russian) – AI Trainer to join our remote AI initiatives. In this role, you will help build and refine the coding tasks and data workflows that train and evaluate AI models. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to prepare training data, write automation scripts, and contribute to model improvement efforts. This is a fully remote position with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test coding tasks and data processing pipelines for AI trainer workflows.
Label, clean, and preprocess datasets for model training.
Write clear, maintainable Python scripts and utilities.
Collaborate with ML researchers to improve data quality and training efficiency.
Monitor training runs, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
Communicate progress with a remote, cross-functional team.

Requirements

Fluent in Russian (speaking and writing).
Strong programming skills, preferably Python.
Experience with AI/ML workflows, data labeling, or training pipelines.
Self-motivated with ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Good communication and teamwork in a distributed environment.

Nice to have

Git familiarity, cloud platform experience.
